Dunkin' - Shirlington

3.5 stars. If I'm going to Dunkin, I'm probably going here. It's got a good location between Clarendon and Virginia Square. There is outdoor seating and a drive thru window, both of which are very useful. The employees are always friendly and efficient, especially the female employees. They have decaf coffee all day and delicious hash browns. This location has never been good at keeping businesses, but I think this Dunkin is finally the tenant who is here to stay.

I go to this Dunkin semi-regularly because its on the way to class. They are fast with mobile orders but its 50/50 if you are able to get what you ordered on the mobile app. Frequently they are out of the food item, with no way to refund it. Also there is no consistency on the drinks. I always order the same thing (iced latte with no sugar, caramel, and oatmilk) but every few orders it is so sweet that it is undrinkable and tastes like chugging sweet and low. They don't follow the requested adjustments and when you are already overpaying for coffee, its extremely frustrating. Especially when it results in having to throw out almost a $6 drink. Honestly, save your money or go to the Starbucks across the street. I give up. I gave this place so many chances but I can't keep throwing money down the drain.

I love the convenience of this location. It is clean and service is friendly and fast.

Last couple times I’ve been there the sole cashier just has a bad attitude. He makes it difficult to want to return.

When I pulled up and ordered, the girl working was extremely rude. There was only 2 other cars in like and I proceeded to sit for almost 25 minutes in the drive through. When I got to the window I had to sit and re-order because nobody had any clue what I ordered, and after she took my order she sat on her phone the entire time. When I finally got my sandwiches they looked like this.
