I ordered eight hero sandwiches from this restaurant for a company event I hosted over the weekend. I felt completely overcharged and, to make matters worse, they forgot one of my sandwiches. When I called to inform them about the missing item, they simply said that’s what was on the ticket, with no offer to make it right.
