The Cap n ' Collar is a 'hobby ' bar, presumably run by people who made money in the financial sector and thought it would be fun to run a bar. (The name gives it away The beer is OK but it isn 't run likea pub. Example: Friday 10.42 a staff member asks if we want any more beer.
