The reason for the review is the lady (short brown hair and glasses maybe her name was Caroline..? who was working over the weekend (13th and 14th april). She was smiling warm and welcoming from the start. Nice and talkative and informative. So friendly and treat us like we were the 1st customers of the day (even though she must have been busy as the grand national was on) so she was certainly busy. Great service!
