Dining Shiko No Tsumami - ShinJuku

This gem is slightly hidden, but well worth the find. The chef prepares only what is fresh and delicious, which is a lot. I rarely write these reviews, but this place deserves it. We had just about every type they had, and it was all excellently prepared. The quiet and warm interior lends itself to incredible sushi. Sit at the bar and enjoy the upfront view of the sushi creation right before your eyes.
