In recent reviews, the once-beloved restaurant has faced significant criticism regarding food quality and service. Customers report inconsistencies, such as cold or burnt sandwiches, missing ingredients, and poorly maintained facilities that detract from the dining experience. Staff shortages and long wait times exacerbate frustrations, emphasizing a decline in customer care. While some patrons appreciate the convenience of the rapid pickup service and the unlimited sip subscription, many lament that the restaurant has strayed from its previous charm and quality. Overall, the consensus leans towards disappointment, raising concerns about whether it can regain its former status as a community favorite.

Was Allie Beier at Panera Bread a mag?
Excellent. I ordered on the app. I got my food so fast after checking in. The server was nice. The food was hot and good. My bread was the prefect texture as well. View all feedback.

What 1Christina W (4 3 years ago on Google dislikes about Panera Bread:
Hot sandwiches are either burnt or cold. Chicken no noodle broth is what they call chicken noodle soup. They're also out of everything and throwing your sides at the drive through window. Employees have horrible customer care. Mcalister's is where I will be going from now on. View all feedback.

3rd order where no utensils were included in bag. It’s small ask but very inconvenience to have to eat my salad with my hands when I take food back to work. Quality of food isn’t what it used to be either. I notice a lot of the unique ingredients they previously used have been substituted for cheaper ingredients or are missing all together.

This store does not meet the standards of what Panera/Bread Co should be. This is one of the most disgusting, unclean establishments I have had the misfortune of visiting. The floors are dirty with trash on them, the moulding/baseboards are coming off the walls, and I had to clean my own table, even though the dining room had maybe 6 guests. The portion sizes have shrunk tremendously as well (Their broccoli mac cheese now comes in the size of a fast-food side bowl, not even a regular serving dish). Spent $16 to get very little value. Most Panera's are so much nicer, but this one was awful.

The breakfast sandwiches with soft bagels were very tasty, but unfortunately, they didn't put the sauce on as I requested. This seems to be a common issue at many places lately, so it was a pleasant surprise when it was done correctly.

The teriyaki chicken bowl and all pizzas have been removed from the menu. When I attempted to order a salad, they were out of lettuce. Despite these issues, the food was still good.
