This has happened several times, even though the closing... read more I placed an order for pickup at the drive-thru, but when I arrived at 6:00, the drive-thru was closed. This has happened several times, even though the closing time is listed as 9. I have no issue with the drive-thru closing early, but it should not be listed as an option for pickup if it is not available. This can be very inconvenient, especially if you have a broken foot, a baby with you, or are not dressed to go inside. It would make more sense if the drive-thru option was not listed if it is not actually available. Additionally, the pickup service is not quick and the food quality has been mediocre.

Went back to the store expecting them to remake the sandwich but... read more Ordered two sausage bagel sandwiches on the app. Picked them up and neither had sausage on it. Went back to the store expecting them to remake the sandwich but instead given a soup container with two sausage patties to put on the sandwich myself. I was offered a free pastry but I would have rather had two correct sandwiches than a free pastry. It felt like she thought I was crazy for expecting them to remake the sandwiches correctly.
