They were busy today, but this child name Dan took care of all the subs. It's nice to see how young people handle their business. We'll be back.
Love Firehouse?.but this Sherman, Tx location is terrible. 40 minutes to get 2 middle subs. It is known to be slow, but this is unacceptable. Another customer left angry, w/o his food or a refund. Bread was crusty and old as soon as I came.
Absolutely terrible experience with her night shift. Sleeping doors before children and physically disgusted that new customers came. Thank God McAlister over the highway has better customer service. Five stars for them.
If I were to give a 0. some business advice, fire all your night employees and start fresh. None of them care about their jobs enough to show respect not only to customers but to other people. If they hated their job so much, they should stop. not obviously disgusting that another customer would come. they have to grow up.
Firehouse in Sherman is always great. The food is great. The service is great. I cant walk out of that place without a bottle of Capt. Sorensons Datil peeper sauce!! I highly recommend Firehouse in Sherman. You guys Rock!!
Firehouse Subs in Sherman offers delicious sandwiches with friendly, attentive service and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Many patrons praise the flavorful subs and appreciate supporting a business that donates to local firefighters and veterans. However, some customers report long wait times, inconsistent bread quality, and underwhelming portions, particularly during busy hours. Despite occasional slow service and higher prices, the Sherman location remains a favorite for its unique sauces and hearty flavors, often preferred over competitors. Overall, Firehouse Subs holds strong community ties and delivers great food, though improvements in speed and consistency could enhance the experience further.

11/13/22 6:30 pm..It was not busy, 1 person in line in front of us and 1 delivery driver waiting. The young man with a shabby beard was very slow taking orders. He was more concerned about rolling his beard hair with his hand. He rolled his hair theentire contact time.. he rang up the sandwich, chips and drink all separate making it more expensive than as a combo.. the waitfor our sandwich was way longer than other Firehouse locations that I have visited that were busier.... 5 dirty tables.. no onecleaned the tables during our visit. 4 employees present that I could see. The sandwich was good or they would have received a1 star
I have no idea what happened, 46 minutes in and out, no ice in the ice machine, sandwich was still decent and the 2 employees were moving at a snails pace, I understand being short staffed, but act like you want to be there. Moving at a snails pace willnever get the customer that just payed 20 bucks for food coming back. If it does not pick up some speed soon, I just don't seehow it will survive. That is my .02 cents. Never had any problems in the past.
I really enjoy Firehouse Subs, but I was hesitant to write this review since similar issues have been mentioned by others. I placed my order online at 1:11, and the website indicated it would be ready by 1:30, but it ended up being closer to 1:45. An employee apologized for the delay, but another staff member nearby remarked that they are always slow, which seemed like an inside joke. I opted for online ordering in hopes of a quick pick-up. Additionally, they're not utilizing the pick-up station, so instead of just grabbing my order, they called out names for pick-up. It's disappointing that this experience wasn't up to par, especially since I've never encountered such issues at other Firehouse Subs locations. I wish the owner or manager at this Sherman, TX location the best, and I hope they take these reviews seriously. My sandwich was fine, but another problem was that the drink machine was out of ice.
We love Firehouse Subs, but our experience at the Sherman location today was unacceptable. Right after we placed our order, I overheard the sandwich maker whispering to the cashier that it was taking 20 minutes to fulfill an order. A waiting customer approached him to ask about the delay because he had been waiting over 20 minutes himself. Meanwhile, the store was full, with eight tables waiting for their orders. The cashier did not inform anyone about the extended wait time. It appeared that there was a third employee in the back instead of assisting with the orders. Customers should be warned when the wait is significantly longer than usual.
They serve a delicious sub. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain all the available toppings. (They typically add both mayo and mustard, so be sure to ask if you prefer something different.) The interior was clean and there were plenty of seating options available.
