7 employees that i can see, 5 people in line 8 empty tables. Every table is dirty, said they don't have any trays clean when we asked for a tray to carry our food. I told one guy they were out of tea, he said ok and never left the station or so much as told anyone else. They stood talking and bagging food. Is it me or did this place fall way off the map? But hey, Food was good! Update finished food now 7 people in line. Not a single table has been wiped off, and I asked about tea again. Everyone talkes about an employee problem but this seems like an efficiency problem. 2 To go workers constantly talking, the shift lead I assume is the one on the register where she isn't able to properly delegate. A girl in back breaking down boxes and wiping down the walls while all the tables sit dirty.
I have had some bad experiences with Chipotle and had a horrible, very traumatic one a few months ago, so I took a break from ordering from them, but thought I would give them another chance. I honestly don’t know what to say at this point. Tonight was my second time to use the Chipotle app to place an order used it all the time before I took a break from Chipotle a few months ago). Not only did they mess up my order, but they included someone else’s order! They left off my queso and chips and the other person’s order was obviously for an adult and 2 kids. I feel bad that they won’t get their order because of the incompetence of this company!! Been trying to reach support in the app and keep getting an error from the bot, so now I’m on hold with the company’s support people. It’s already been a while and it seems I will be holding for a while or will have to request a call back. Guess I’m not the only one with issues. How does this company stay in business with so many problems? I am absolutely done with this company! DONE!!! Including pic of the other person’s order that I received in case they decide to post a review. I want them to see I caught the error and tried to do something about it, but support is useless! Hoping I can at least get refund for my queso. I hate that the other person’s order has Chicken. I don’t eat meat, so it will end up being thrown away : .
Little Burrito I've ever seen a chipotle. And I'm going a lot. I asked for some more rice, but it was still not as much as a regular spoon anywhere else. Every other topping was very economical. She didn't want my $10. I didn't feel like asking more about everything. Yes, the Burrito is lighter wound, but I was still a bit hungry= Maybe they were short on ingredients.
The management was rude, and the place was dirty. We observed more than 20 people waiting in line who ultimately decided to leave before placing their orders. The manager was yelling at her staff so loudly that it was audible throughout the entire restaurant.
Food is slightly expensive for what it is imo. I fixed that in my own way by getting a kids meal. It was the right amount of food for a meal! Anything else I've seen is just too much! I used the app for a hands free, experience, partly for convenience and partly because the atmosphere feels awkward, rushed, and slightly judgemental.
