Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - Sherman

The ice cream is really delicious! I'm glad they had a separate checkout for it because the line for food and ice cream was quite long. I got the three-pint ice cream, which was already prepared and ready to go!

We decided to stop for some shakes and take our pampered dog for a ride. We ordered our shakes and, of course, got Lloyd a pup cup too. By the time we were halfway home, he had already devoured it! The only downside to the drive-thru is that he thinks he should get a treat from every drive-up window we pass.

On one occasion, an employee asked my wife why we don't purchase the grocery store ice cream (this wasn't a random comment; it's just how the story starts). When she explained that we prefer the ice cream from the counter because it's better, the employee stubbornly insisted that both were the same, which was rather annoying. It felt like she was trying to persuade her to buy something we didn't want. That said, I want to end on a positive note. Generally, they do a pretty good job. The food is usually hot, fresh, and the orders are typically accurate. It's decent food at a fair price. Just steer clear of the tubs of ice cream from the grocery section!
