This Braums has a very large selection of groceries. The staff is friendly and the store is spacious and well kept.
The afican american older lady at the counter needs to work on her customer service skills. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Got my daughter a Jr ice cream cone double scoop. She started to have issues keeping it on the cone so I asked for empty sundaebowl. The young man Rian was about to give it to me and the same lady cut him off and said no we have to charge him for a wholesundae. Full price for an empty bowl. I believe her name was LT or something. Either way I'll never step foot in this Braumsagain.
I wanted to throw up! As we ordered and paid, a cockroach walked across the receipt machine. Had we not been terribly hungry, and already past all other food places, we would've left! Then it took a ridiculously long time to receive the food for just 2of us, when they were NOT busy AT all! It was a salad and a bunless burger! The restaurant was NOT clean either. This store wasa disgrace to Braums! Something needs to be done if this place is going to stay open! If I I'm EVER on the south side of Shermanagain, and starving, I'll either turn around, or just starve!! Unbelievably disgusting place!! (I wish I'd taken pics.
