Contribute FeedbackLuna Grill has become a topic of mixed reviews among diners. While some patrons rave about its delicious Mediterranean fare, friendly service, and welcoming atmosphere, others express disappointment over declining quality, smaller portions, and inconsistent customer service. Complaints range from missing menu items and unhelpful staff responses to a decline in taste as the restaurant expanded. However, many loyal customers appreciate the fresh ingredients, especially for vegan dishes, and commend the attentive management. With both positive and negative experiences on display, Luna Grill continues to evoke strong feelings in the local dining community.
I had a disappointing experience at Luna Grill in Sherman Oaks today. I placed an online order and forgot to add chicken to it. When I called the restaurant to rectify my mistake, the manager, Juan, was very rude and disrespectful over the phone. He told me he was too busy to help me at that moment and hung up on me. When I arrived to pick up my order, he was already there and told me not to worry about it, they would take care of it. He also accused me of flipping out over the phone and said he didn't want to deal with me once I arrived. I was shocked by his unprofessional behavior, especially at a restaurant that prides itself on great quality food. As someone who works in customer service, I always strive to treat my customers with respect. Unfortunately, Juan did not show the same courtesy. Thank you, Juan, for the horrible experience.
I used to love this restaurant when I first visited 10 years ago, but their quality has declined as they have expanded. The portions are smaller and the food is bland. In my opinion, they have really gone downhill. I recommend going to Panini Cafe instead.
I ordered the salmon plate. Got plenty of food. Service woman was very friendly. Food was fresh, and tasty. Very clean and inviting inside.
The food and atmosphere at this restaurant were excellent. The entire place looks brand new and well-maintained. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.
The delivery was made ?without hummus?. When I called they said they ran out! What Mediterranean restaurant runs out of hummus. The woman at the desk was reticent to refund my money. I thought I finally found a Mediterranean restaurant that I loved. Obviously not. I called back the next week and asked if we could have our plates free of charge. Of course the manager said no, he would give us free hummus. Really. Done with Luna Grill.
