I felt entirely ignored by the staff, and the customer service was disappointing. The atmosphere was anything but welcoming. I'm from Syracuse, NY, and after this experience, I have no plans to return. Overall rating: Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1. This was for a dine-in lunch, with a price range of $30-50 per person.

We suggested that they might consider comping some of our appetizers due to the poor service and the fact that we were leaving without having received our dinners. Instead, they only offered to comp three sodas. We were disappointed with how the situation was handled and have decided not to return. The restaurant should have communicated the staffing issues and kitchen delays when we arrived. They also should have stopped taking to-go orders and acknowledged the unacceptable wait time. Unfortunately, we experienced none of that.
