Subway - Sherbrooke

During the Lennoxville street fair, we went to eat at Subway because we are always satisfied at Subways. However, they did not have the special that was advertised everywhere because they said they hadn't made it that morning. The service was terrible. There were two of us, a girl took one person's order and I had to wait a long 5 minutes before I was asked what I wanted, and then the guy took his time putting on his gloves, putting on the bread and the meat. Then I had to wait for the girl to finish putting on toppings before she came to ask me what I wanted inside. I told her everything except tomatoes and pickles, and thankfully I was watching because she put pickles on. I repeated without pickles, she took them off and put them back in the container. All this time, the person with me was waiting at the cash register. I will never go back to this Subway.

I stopped in to eat a sub with a coupon I received in the mail, but didn't use it because the offer wasn't very good - 2 6-inch subs for $12 including 2 bags of chips and 2 sodas. Instead, I bought a 12-inch sub for $8.05, which left $4 for the chips and sodas. Other than that, everything was very good.

Your typical subway- offers what you are expecting, with fast service and always something entertaining going on inside at the same time! Nothing like those university student.. The staff are also pretty nice and always up for a conversation

I decided I didn't have the patience for dinner out - having experienced 3-hour meals in Quebec, so went here and ordered a large tuna. The girl put 3 scoops of tuna in, and the bread was still uncovered at one end; she responded that she could spread it out more. I asked if she could add another scoop, as that's what I got the prior evening in Granby. She said it was probably a smaller scoop. I said I was certain the chain makes all franchises buy the same one. She finally, grudgingly complied. I asked for it to be toasted, but found that it was still cold.
