a very nice caffe in the heart of Sherbrooke. the coffee selection for coffee lovers is one of the most diversified I have seen in comparison to many camp sites. the staff is very friendly and friendly. the room in the cafe is perfect for meetings, a quiet, comfortable place to work, or just a place to relax. the only thing that is missing is a few more vegan / vegetarian decisions on the menu. the quality of eating... What Karen P doesn't like about Brûlerie Faro:
This is a cute coffee shop, but I just payed almost $4 for a small filter coffee $3.97 including tax and mandatory tip when you pay by card , then after I paid I was told there was no dark roast available, and no coffee cream either. Am I crazy to expect these things at a coffee shop?! The barista was not at all sympathetic or apologetic. I think I'll choose Tim Hortons next time. View all feedback.
Very nice atmosphere inside an old building now converted into coffeehouse. Couches were comfortable.
Best coffee experience everytime I visit, most professional baristas I have ever met, wouldn't expect less from them
Great coffee and amazing ambiance. Big indoor space that’s perfect for studying or working.
The cafe and roastery has a gorgeous aesthetic. I had their iced coffee which was OK nothing to write home about. But the overall experience was nice.
Decent, sprawling café good for reading working, studying . The coffee is great though, and the pastries are decent. Haven't tried lunch options. Ambiance and decor is retro and pretty nice if you love Edison bulbs. They have lots of non-dairy milkoptions and a few vegan food items as well, including great muffins.
