During our day in Estrie, I spotted this restaurant which is one of the rare ones to be open on Sunday lunchtime (and offer brunch! .So we decided to go to brunch, and it was a success!Already the service was very attentive and professional. The brunch option is really reasonable in price. We loved everything from start to finish. The fact that the pastries and the charcuterie/cheese plate are to be shared makes the b... View all feedback.
What William Campbell doesn't like about Bistro 4 Saisons:
Very nice place with extremely helpful and kind service. However I just don’t see how people are saying this food is good. I’m sorry, I have an associates degree in culinary arts and have worked in many professional kitchen with very renowned French chefs. This food was just a mess of technique with no actual flavor. Technique is very good and the dishes look very appetizing but there is absolutely no depth or creati... View all feedback.
The restaurant offers a dark and romantic ambiance, making it a perfect spot for couples. While the menu is limited, the dishes are fresh and delicious, with slightly more options available for dinner.
The menu is extraordinary, and the service is top-notch. It's an amazing spot with a warm and cozy atmosphere that features an authentic Canadian style. The staff is truly professional, all guided by a fantastic chef. There's ample parking available, including an indoor garage. Most tables offer a lovely view of the mountains. They take Covid-19 precautions very seriously, so we felt completely safe throughout our visit. The staff wears visors, and the tables are sufficiently spaced apart. We can't wait to come back!
The duck poutine has a unique twist that is both refined and amazing. The service is excellent as well. I will definitely be returning!
Fine dining, excellent service, nice selection of wine, ask Thierry their sommelier if you want to discover a wine to accompany your meal. Love the experience.
This restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the service is incredibly helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, I can't agree with those who rave about the food. With my associate's degree in culinary arts and experience in several prestigious kitchens alongside renowned French chefs, I found the dishes lacking in flavor. While the techniques used are impressive and the presentations are appealing, there’s a notable absence of depth and creativity in the seasoning and overall taste. It was disappointing enough that I ended up grabbing fast food afterward! Perhaps they’ve had better offerings in the past or the chef was trying something outside their comfort zone. Nevertheless, I would consider returning mainly for the excellent service and the fantastic wine selection.
