New smallish retaurant that opened last week. 3 talented young chef-owners run the place. Specialised in meat of all kinds, we tried the trout, filet-mignon and the tartare. All were sublime!! The deserts were also very creative and great. The knid of place you go for the experience, they don't have a fixed menu and the barman makes you drinks based on ideas you throw at him.
