When we returned the next day, I was surprised to find that we had to wait over 30 minutes for takeout, partly due to a shortage of staff. Additionally, the menu information needs to be updated; some inaccuracies could easily be corrected with a sharpie. Make sure to check your bill carefully, as some items come with additional charges—like the bologna sauce for $2 or canned drinks for $3—and the prices aren’t clearly listed. On the day we visited, the staff seemed to prioritize pizza orders, even though we ordered a pasta dish and there were customers who arrived after us who ordered pizzas from scratch. This was quite frustrating as a customer.

A pizza is the only other place that compares (and beats) this place.So the product is amazing. The service is always courteous. However, with the current economic situation, and how hard it is to find workers, on occasion, not often, the place has run a little disorganized. When the manager/owner is there, everything is cool, never an issue. But some times, you may end up waiting a long time, or having to clarify certain things. The pizza is always delicious mind you. But this is the only reason I would give this place less than 5 stars. Great 'za.
