The portion was very large and defin... read more Yesterday, we visited this restaurant to enjoy the sunny weather. We decided to sit outside and ordered the fish and chips. The portion was very large and definitely worth the wait. I would love to come back and try it again sometime.

If you are going... read more We ordered a High Tea and a Gentleman's Tea as part of a celebration and we were amazed at the quantity and quality of the food we were given. If you are going to opt for the Gentleman's Tea be advised , you'll probably need elasticated waist trousers if you plan on eating everything. The scotch egg (about the size of a cricket ball) was amazing and the homemade chilli jam that accompanied the cheese scone was superb. However, it's not just the food that makes this place so special it's the management and staff too who really do take pride in the work and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We will be regular customers Thank you Earls.
