My family and I recently visited the Sole Kitchen for coffee, and we were shocked by the extremely poor service we received. When we ordered our drinks, the man... read more My family and I recently visited the Sole Kitchen for coffee, and we were shocked by the extremely poor service we received. When we ordered our drinks, the man at the till responded rudely, asking if we really wanted hot drinks. He made our drinks while expressing his anger, and then failed to notice the tip my father had left. When we tried to order more drinks, he informed us that it would be the last round of hot drinks he would make and suggested we go elsewhere, despite there being a whole menu dedicated to hot drinks. We will never return to this place and recommend others to avoid it as well. The service was absolutely terrible.

Friendly staff, helpful with the new online table service, food took minutes and they even gave my dog a little bowl and directed us to a tap for his water! would recommend!
