Saw the sign for pub on the beach road. Went for dinner with family. No one behind the bar. Waited still no one. Only 4 people eating. Looked around the back for service. Stuck my head in the kitchen door to ask if serving dinner. Gentleman shouted at me to get out of the kitchen. I asked if we can sit for dinner, he said no only if booked a table. A lovely traditional pub with a great range of gins and a nice regular crowd. This has become a regular haunt for us and we ate here last night. Really great grilled sea bass and a tasty steak. The other food at fellow diners’ table looked good too. A little hidden gem. View all feedback.
