The food at this restaurant is tasty, the service is welcoming, and the prices are reasonable.
We waited for nearly 2 hours for our delivery, only to be told by the restaurant owner that it was their mistake. Unfortunately, no compensation was offered. My husband, who is a diabetic, needed to eat in order to take his medication. The service was terrible and the food was mediocre. We received no apologies for the delay. Although I know it wasn't the delivery driver's fault, the lack of apology from the boss, after being a loyal customer for many years, has made us decide not to return to this place again.
The chicken was raw they was very rude over the phone wouldn’t give a refund or anything just keep putting the phone down then they tryed sending another one out even tho the person who ordered is pregnant so could do serious damage
I had to drive to Tesco to grab the kids another pizza. They tried eating the pizza we ordered but it was so burnt it was rock hard.
Ordered food as usual for a nighttime snack over the £7 minimum order on just eat and also payed for delivery which we’ve done every few months) to then be greeted by the delivery driver who stated that next time our order would be refused as it didn’t total to enough money. I completely understand that maybe they want orders to be over a certain amount but change this on just eat rather that confronting a customer. Definitely will not be ordering again. As far as I can see I did nothing wrong followed the requirements to order and yet I am told my order will be refused next time.
