We chose our meals from the menu, which offered a great deal at £20 for two courses or £24 for three. Though we had to wait a few minutes for our starters, it was well worth it. I enjoyed a deliciously fresh dish of smoked trout with potato pancakes and apple-beetroot salad, served beautifully on a rustic wooden plate. Wayne savored warm, crusty “Blissful Garlic Bread” paired with a local ale. He was absolutely amazed by his main course, the “Slow Roasted Pork Belly with apple sauce,” claiming it was the best pork he had ever tasted in twenty years. I had a “Warm Chicken and Bacon Salad,” and we ended our meal by sharing a decadent dessert: “Belgian Chocolate Cheesecake with Homemade Orange Cointreau Ice Cream in a Brandy Snap Basket.” Blostin's offers fine dining in a cozy environment—truly a delightful experience right at our doorstep!
