We absolutely love our Shepherdsville Fazoli's! All the employees here are incredibly polite, helpful, and professional. We especially enjoy the Kids' Night on Tuesday evenings, where I take my granddaughter whenever we can. The event features rock painting, face painting, games, and more—it's wonderful to have a place where kids can interact with others. Plus, their meals for kids are only $1.00, which is hard to beat in terms of affordability. The atmosphere is great for both adults and children. I also admire that one of the managers even pays for the kids' crafts out of her own pocket, which truly shows the dedication of the Shepherdsville Fazoli's team. Thank you all for going above and beyond for the little ones in our community. If no one else has told you, YOU ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED! The Grand Sampler was very disappointing. The chicken fettuccine alfredo had no chicken in it at all—zero pieces! The strawberry lemon ice was also underwhelming; it had only one strawberry and tasted like regular lemon ice that was overly sweet. To make matters worse, the drive-thru service was excruciatingly slow. I was behind two cars and ended up waiting 20 minutes for my food. This is unacceptable!
This is what they call a Caesar salad at Fazoli's! Wow, it's barely edible and hardly resembles a salad at all... It's truly disgusting.
The staff were amazing, but the food was a letdown. When I got home to enjoy my fettuccine Alfredo and breadsticks, everything tasted like dishwater—even the breadsticks! It was really disappointing. I won’t be returning.
