Safeway Liquor - Shelton

My husband and I have bought in Safeway over the last 30 years here in Shelton, I can't believe how far they have come with there over the last 3/4 years with customer service, twice I went to the bakery area to NYMO BARS, had some on the shelf, but I didn't like the others they had with them, even wondered if they could take the other from the container good NO, the first time that

I spend a lot of money here to start with it. I have two baked chickens in the Deli waited in the line on deli to pay for why stand in the long food lines for two chickens anyway I was told that I couldn't pay there I was jumping in the line, so I said I bought this in which department the Deli? But I can't pay her here, so I told her she could keep her chickens and leave. Ridiculous I guess Fred's will get my business I own Blondies restaurant and we buy our milk and cream bread from Safeway I get all my recipes there think I go to Fred Meyers It would take this girl two minutes to ring two chickens instead of five minutes to explain it

I write this review about the pharmacy that I would not give them stars if that were possible. Your customer service is terrible, they ignore you when you are there for 5 to 10 minutes sometimes, and then say your recipe will be ready in half an hour, even if the Dr has put it there in his office, and it takes half an hour to come to the pharmacy of hood sports and I usually go my dogs for half an hour before I know that it will not be ready. So when you come back half hour they still haven't ready and usually a long line! I was told by Shelton Pharmacy and what a difference between night and day! Shelton pharmacy says hi when you come to the door with a smile and seem to worry about your questions. I promise you will not be sorry if you change pharmacies! the

The people who work in the pharmacy do not seem to be aware of how they talk to people. I can't be surprised with the demography of this city.

Why is this Safeway ALWAYS out of things every other Safeway is stocked up on????? What is that? Why do I have to drive 30 minutes to Olympia to get what I need? Shelton is not some small town in the middle of nowhere. This is not ok, and I'm guessing it's poor management. Stock your store. You cannot blame supply chain issues or whatever when other stores are fine.
