What User doesn't like about Ritz Drive-in:
I typically love the scorching dishes at this restaurant, but today when I went with a friend, the burger (Bigfoot and Scorching Double) was disappointing and soggy. The fries were also not up to par, and they only gave a quarter container of sauce in one of the sauce containers. We spent almost $50 and it felt like my dog got more food than we did. Came in last week and got a delicious bacon cheese burger, I'm sorry to say that was not the case tonight. I ordered my burgers and sides while I was picking them up I doubled checked that there was no miscommunication regarding the pickles etc. The guy clearly stated they definitely had pickles on them, he was standing two feet away from the cooks. Well there were NO PICKLES on either burger, no tomatoes on one and they were bone dry, and my dry patty was chopped into 4-5 pieces. Absolutely disappointing. I do want to reiterate that last week these burgers were delicious and correctly topped. I don't understand why the cook wouldn't say hey there aren't pickles on these and added some on the side.
Ive always enjoyed Ritz, I usually order the deluxe with a milkshake and fries. The fries are awesome with their fry sauce, occasionally ill use the sauce on my burger too. Food is made to order so its definitely fresh. Minor seating available inside and outside.
Maybe we were there under extraneous circumstances. Fry oil could use a change that's for sure. Grill could be turned up for those burgers. Solid milkshake for sure.Staff was definitely putting in work but
Had dinner at Ritz drive in last night. Burger was made wrong first time around, ordered a plain bacon cheeseburger with onions and bbq it came with burger sauce and the bacon looked like it was finely ground. Second burger they made seemed great until the middle of the night and now I’ve got food poisoning.
Dang this place is reasonably priced !! The food was great ! Why go to a burger chain when this is better and less money ??
