The 4 taco special with choice meat(s), beans, and rice was beyond worth $11 and the 8 minute wait. Some of the best beans, smooth and slightly sweet, not too salty. I initially thought the portion of spicy salsa was insufficient, but it was just perfect. View all feedback.
What Shasta Willson doesn't like about La Guera Mexican Food:
Green sauce has a lot of lime but not much chili to it. Crema likewise bland. Chicken enchiladas were generous but a little bland. Pork filling was the most flavorful part of my burrito, but I still piled on the spicy sauce (and I 'm an American-spicy eater.)Nothing wrong with the food, but nothing particularly special either. I’m a quesadilla girl, and they blew it out of the park. I came to town to visit my brother and the normal taco truck on the hill wasn’t there yet so I googled Mexican food and they popped up. Had no idea it was there. Sooooo

Food is delicious and their red sauce is actually hot, not mild. The food is seasoned really well. When I'm in Shelton I always stop here faithfully
