**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences** This establishment offers a varied experience that leaves patrons with contrasting impressions. Some diners praise the high-quality food and attentive service, particularly highlighting the veal and pasta dishes, as well as the inviting atmosphere. However, others express disappointment, citing high prices for insufficient portions and poor execution of certain dishes, such as risotto. Concerns about meat sourcing have also led to moral objections from potential customers. Parking can be tricky, yet many believe the attentive staff and quality cuisine warrant a visit. Overall, while some cherish their experiences, others urge caution before dining here.

What Stephen Bacchiocchi dislikes about Amici's:
The restaurant was very expensive. I expected to receive more food for the price. I spent $108 on takeout. As a former chef with 15 years of experience, I can say that the seafood was cooked perfectly to my liking. However, the risotto made me sick. I apologize to whoever prepared it, but it was not good. This lovely Italian restaurant, located on a quiet street, offers fine dining options. The staff is attentive and the food is delicious. My family particularly enjoyed the salmon dish and the tasty desserts. The meal we had was for lunch, with a price range of $20–30 per person. Recommended dishes include the Tuscan Salmon, Triple Chocolate Mousse, Calamari, Veal Chop Parmigiana, and Tiramisù.

The food was left on the bar, cold, and not worth the money. I would not return to this restaurant. I see it as a lesson learned. P.S. I took the food home and added more mussels and shrimp to try and improve it, as they only gave me a small amount of seafood that was not satisfying.
My friends and I spontaneously decided to dine at this restaurant on a Sunday evening without a prior reservation. I called 30 minutes before our arrival and was pleased to find that they had ample seating available. Upon arrival, we ordered a variety of dishes including Burrata, Shellfish Martini, Beet Salad with Chicken, Shrimp Fra Diavolo, and Shrimp-Scallops Alla Vodka with linguini instead of penne. The culinary experience was exceptional, particularly the pasta dishes. It's rare for me to finish a linguine dish without losing interest, but the pasta here held my attention from start to finish. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone craving a high-quality pasta meal. The service was equally impressive. The staff was attentive and efficient, with multiple team members available to refill water, clear dishes, and attend to any requests we had. I will undoubtedly return to this restaurant, especially when I'm in the mood for exceptional pasta. We spontaneously met up with friends at this restaurant and it was a perfect experience. The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent. Although parking was a bit challenging due to a local carnival happening nearby, it did not detract from our overall enjoyment.
