The quality of the pallet was amazing as always, but tonight the service we received at the food in Crust Shellharbour left me. I did not get this level of service for a loooong time, was not aware that it still existed. What User dislikes about Crust Gourmet Pizza Shellharbour:
Disappoint! It took 1.5 hours to deliver to our order. When it arrived, all pizzas were cold. We asked for no fresh chili, but got extra fresh chili! None of the pizzas were cut properly and we had to cut them ourselves. Very frustrating and disappointing. View all feedback.

The pizzas at this restaurant were very dry, with only a small amount of sauce that ended up getting charred and adding to the dryness. Even the dog had trouble swallowing it. The chips also had a stale powder taste to them, which the dog did not enjoy either. Overall, everything at this restaurant seemed crusty, in line with its name I suppose.

Got pulled jackfruit pizza but the jackfruit was replaced with pineapple and i wasn’t notified

The service at Crust Shellharbour was very disappointing. It took an hour and a half for our pizza to be delivered, even after calling three times and finding out that the delivery hadn't even left yet. When we spoke to the manager about the poor service, they admitted that they are understaffed. The owner really needs to improve their business and work harder to provide better service. This isn't the first time we've had a disappointing experience at Crust Shellharbour.

I ordered CHEESY garlic bread- easy enough, right? Wrong; waited 25 MINUTES, got into the car only to find it was regular garlic bread- absolutely hopeless. I understand you're busy- but it's garlic bread, do better.
