Subway - Shelby

What can I say about this well-established restaurant? The usual praise applies. The staff is friendly, and they offer a wide range of healthy menu options. It's a welcoming place for families, couples, and individuals alike. Plus, they take COVID-19 safety measures seriously. #Health

Yesterday on the subway in the Cleveland County Mall in Shelby NC w/ my daughter, ordered a foot long meatball Marinara on Italian herbal cheese bread, fed salad, onions, cheese, Mayo, southwestern Chipotle sweet onion sauce it got roasted... simply delicious. But I had to tell one of the subway workers that he shouldn't get past the food because he just cuts his finger in his back while the blood makes my daughter useless when he always shows us that it looks bad? I told him! Wash your hands, place a band-help on wearing gloves while handling w/ food. I also had to turn off my bread (Italian herbal cheese) because while the lady warmed up my meatballs of gnats on bread. This was the first time we had a problem here.

After finishing work, I grab my smartphone, open the Subway app, place my order, and pay for it all while commuting home. When I arrive at the restaurant, I’m greeted with a friendly "Hi Steve! Here’s your sandwich." I don’t even have to wait in line.

This Subway location is definitely a better option. The staff is friendly and pleasant, and the food was delicious. However, the Subway at 74 West of Blanton's Used Cars was a different experience; the biracial girl there was quite rude and rushed me, only to reveal that they were simply out of the items I wanted. There was no apology for her rudeness. From now on, I will definitely choose the Subway at the shopping center!

Cleanest, freshest Subway in Cleveland County. Employees actually care about their customers and the product they sell.
