Great place to eat great and personal I hope they come back from the fire

The food is very high quality. Delicious! We enjoyed the burger and cheesesteak. They have great fries! Make sure you have time to eat and not rush because they are very popular.

First time going, really enjoyed it. The service was good and the loaded fries were awesome!

I am aware of the quality of their food but the service was extremely poor. Customers who arrived after us received their food before us. Even individuals who sat at the bar after us were served their food first. We waited a long time before someone took our drink order. It is apparent that they need to improve their system and prioritize better. There were no soap or towels in the bathroom, so we are unsure if we will return despite the good food. It is concerning to see a waitress carrying a baby while working during a pandemic. While we do not mind, it is not ideal given the current situation. Once again, the food was delicious but the service needs to be improved. Perhaps hiring additional cooks and food runners would help.
