Terrible service and an unconcerned manager! I went to order a bucket of dark meat chicken but was told they were out and it would take 20 minutes to prepare. After waiting, I returned only to see several customers coming and going through the drive-thru and inside KFC. When I asked again, I was informed that the chicken still wasn’t ready. After a total wait of 46 minutes, I had to go back inside, and no one even approached the counter until I caught their attention. They finally told me that my chicken was almost ready. When I spoke to the manager, she seemed indifferent, focused on cleaning rather than addressing my concerns. I understand that cleaning is important, but after waiting so long for food, it's unacceptable! I didn’t receive a refund or even an apology, but somehow my food was ready! I do not recommend the KFC on Grover Street in Shelby. I was there from 3:37 to 4:23.

Past 2 days I come they have the dinner room close hours ahead of time today 10 mins early yesterday they close the dinner room at 8 I’m a local that’s not professional I won’t return back after been coming here 10 years
I got the family bucket to take home. I got my food quickly and it was correct. The people there were nice. It was not crowded.
During my last visit to this KFC, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes in the drive-thru. There was no explanation for the delay, and the store wasn't even busy. In fact, customers who arrived inside after me were getting served before those of us in the drive-thru. I could have gotten my food faster at a sit-down restaurant. I've never had to wait this long at Bojangles or Popeyes, so I'll choose one of them the next time I'm craving fried chicken.
