Bojangles - Shelby

I ordered a 12-piece Supremes family meal and had to wait about 15 minutes after pulling up, which I didn't mind because I expected my food to be fresh and hot. However, when I got home, the Supremes were dry, the dirty rice was extremely dry and couldn't stay on the fork, the seasoned fries seemed as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp, and the biscuits were burned. I've never seen burned biscuits at a fast-food restaurant before; it almost felt intentional! I paid $32 for this meal but couldn't eat it. It seems like they have young employees running the place, and the quality of the food is suffering as a result. I will not be returning to this Bojangles and will share my experience with others.

They close at 9 PM, and as a truck driver, I tried to place an order at the drive-through window on foot. It was quite frustrating and a bit ridiculous.

My rice looked appealing, but once I tasted it, I found it to be hard and clearly undercooked. It was awful, and I simply couldn’t eat it! I was really disappointed. Normally, the dirty rice is one of the better options on the menu, but not this time. The quality of the rice has been inconsistent lately—sometimes it’s good, but often it’s either overcooked or undercooked. I don’t think I’ll be ordering it again; it felt like a waste of money. On a positive note, the tenders were decent. Overall, I would rate it a 3 out of 10.

Gave this place another chance yesterday and of course they didnt disappoint!!!!!! They still sucked! So no more chances I will spend my money at another location but more than likely I'm going to change franchises. Worst bojangkes in 3 states food overcooked you can't bite the biscuit or the chicken. Looks like they are double or triple cooking it. STAY AWAY!!!!

The food was fresh, and the staff was accommodating, ensuring that our order was correct.
