I had lunch at this place and absolutely love it. I am a regular customer and always receive a warm welcome from the hospitable and friendly staff. The food is always delicious and never disappoints. Went recently and had a painful experience. Sat at a table for about five minutes, and were ignores by the staff. We asked if we might get served we were told that the table we were at was reserved even thought there was no obvious sign. Head Boy Manager took us to other end of bar and offers us two places next to where all the empty dishes were piled up. The place looked tired and grimey. No one really seemed that i...
