I 've been visiting Uncle Sams since I was in a High chair and a bib, over 20 years ago and I don 't recall being dissatisfied once! the food is the usual american diner fayre. unlikely. a few years ago, I decided not to go back. but with a related birthday party there recently, I decided to go with an open mind. the workers struggled with a table of 10, service was slow and false commands were sent out. First time tonight for my sons 5 th birthday Big portions and a value price very reasonable. Staff was great with him Will visit again
1st visit 5 stars. 2nd visit 1 star. Medium steak arrived medium rare..should not drip blood. Fries arrived with 3 bean chilli instead of rice. Assortment of dips left on counter which we managed to retrieve 10 minutes into our meal. Ordered 1 and a half pint of light cider ..served 2 pints. So upset to post this utterly negative review after having had a perfect steak here only weeks before
Always loved this place. Staff and food are first class. A jewel.
