While it can get bustling in the evenings, diners can expect quick service and hearty meals at great prices. Menu selections have shifted since the pandemic, with some items disappearing, leading to mixed reviews on quality. Highlights include substantial mixed grills and generous tacos, enjoyed in a charming setting adorned with Sheffield’s industrial artifacts. While parking can be a challenge, the welcoming vibe and affordable drinks make it a worthwhile stop for food enthusiasts and socializers alike.
Will S was fantastic, extremely attentive and professional, a true asset to the team! We had a wonderful time before heading out for the night.
A great spot to enjoy lunch in the sun. It was quiet on a Friday, likely due to the absence of students. The service was quick, as usual. We had a couple of pints and a delicious dish of tacos. The portion was generous, especially with the guacamole, sour cream, and salsa. I would definitely recommend it.
I attempted to order multiple dishes today (06/08) at the restaurant, but each time I tried, the app showed an error and cleared my basket. Frustrated, I decided to leave without placing an order.
Driving from Sheffield to Stockport, I decided to shop for some lunch, it was 11.45 am and not wanting to struggle with the city centre traffic or the clean air tax, l decided to see if there was any smaller restaurants open on Eccleshall road. No where seemed to be open, so ended up in Wetherspoons. As it was a Tuesday and steak deals day, I had a mixed grill, coffee and a pint of chocolate stout for £10 ish. Good promt service, in a large clean pub. Its a pity parking is so difficult in Sheffield and the clean air tax increases costs when driving, otherwise I would have investigated some of themore interesting pubs restaurants in the town centre.
Me and my ladies visited this Wetherspoons and dom was a delight ! Very nice and polite young gentleman :)five stars
