After 2 or 3 years the female group returned and we were all disappointed by the standard of food served and beside a young waitress was sued servier staff and not helpful. a sad experience after our long-term joy at admiral rodney. what happened?
My recommendation would be on ease. the personal is very attentive. the food is in order. one of our party had to wait because his meal was burned. it was good that they did not serve the burned part, but it made for an unprecedented experience. in fairness he was offered a free dessert in recompense. I guess accidents can happen, but we have not forgotten to think that we need to return in the near future,
One of my local pubs. Staff are extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Maybe the meals are a bit pricey but the quality is invariably top-notch. In summer dining out is a great experience; the views across the Loxley valley are just wonderful.
I was celebrating my birthday with family,it was an excellent evening,both food and service ,really enjoyable evening.Will definitely come again .
