However, they do not use trays or any separation methods in the oven, which means the pizzas are not safe for those with celiac disease. They also provide some gluten-free sides and desserts. They previously had a bake-at-home pizza option, which might be a safer choice since it isn't cooked on-site, but I couldn't verify if they still have that option or how it's prepared.

However, the dough was terrible; it had a plastic-like taste. I won't be coming back! I'm intolerant but not celiac, so I can’t comment on the risk of cross-contamination. I believe they mention on their website that they don't use a separate oven, so it seems it's only suitable for those who are intolerant.
