What User doesn't like about Millennium Gallery Cafe:
The café has a bright and airy atmosphere, with very friendly and helpful staff. I visited with a friend and we both ordered the fish finger sandwich, which was priced at £9 each. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with what we received. The sandwich consisted of two small pieces of bland white bread with tartar sauce, iceberg lettuce, and three small fish fingers. Very loud music ricochets from the walls, reinforced by the high ceilings and sterile ambiente. no torte available at 15 o'clock.
Basically if you ask for a regular coffee Americano if you please you expect a decent sized cup but not the case at the Millenium Cafe where they appear to have commissioned a special size zero cup for their patrons.
Visited during lunchtime and got the impression they are trying too hard to be upmarket. Soft drinks are small £3) cans of Karma Cola or lemonade. I found the sugar free one undrinkable and asked for water instead after only a couple of sips. We...both ordered a falafel ‘patty’ which promised slaw and minted yogurt. It was served on rather thick bread and was too dry. Had the minted yogurt been more abundant, it would have made a big difference. Staff were polite and helpful, but no cutlery or serviettes were offered.

Staff couldn’t be more helpful and it was perfect for what we wanted Cakes look delicious too! Definitely worth a try if you’re in the city and visiting the millennium Gallery
Amazing Gallery with great staff. Open till 5 PM evening.
