The portion sizes were quite large and we were happy to be able to sit down, although there is only one table available. It seems like the restaurant mostly focuses on takeout, but we were their first customers of the day.

Recently, they have expanded their menu to include Chinese food, which is also very tasty. All of the food I tried was fantastic, though the only downside is that they do not offer delivery. Despite this, it is definitely worth making the trip to dine at this restaurant.

He kept g... read more This is a very lovely shop. The gentleman that serves me is always so friendly. I adore his shop , its so quirky and makes me smile when ever i visit. He kept going during covid and it was lovely to keep being a customer. I do have a few negative comments. I hope this will help to increase his customers. CHIPS!. They are not very good. I think this is because they are not very well cut. They are all sorts or shapes and sizes so you get under cooked and over cooked. Very often they are obviously reheated. They just seem to be randomly cut. The mushy peas are a 50/50 gamble. When they are good they are SUPERB ! but often too much vinegar is added. I hope he takes this as a suggestion rather than a negative. I will continue to be a regular customer and wish him well,. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was cooked fresh to order which meant I needed to wait for 5 mins but that was totally fine as the seats were comfy and I read one of the books from the book shelf. The food was good and big portion size, while still being cheap good value for money.
