Arrived for my booking, specifically a booth with tv. Senior staff member told us people were already in all the booths, and despite our booking refused to remove people from our booked spot who can’t have booked themselves as it was available for me to book.he was obviously just scared to raise the issue. Joke of a venue with childish staff. Ended up going elsewhere.

Don't bother booking a table. They will not reserve one for you and it is down to luck whether you get one. If you manage to get a table it's a great spot to watch a game.

I booked a table for 8 to have lunch and drinks before the last Sheff United game of the season, thinking it would be busy. I can't find words to describe how shocking this experience was. We are regulars, going here most home games. Normally, its ok, reasonable food, reasonable service. However on this day, the place was busy, there were two staff on the bar, one of which was also trying to serve food. The beer pump pressure was a third of normal, so it was taking ages to pour a drink. My mate had waited 35 minutes for service, food was a non starter as the service was so bad. Ruined what should have been a great lunch. Everybody was getting really annoyed and leaving. We had to go elsewhere to find food and drink. The place must have lost literally thousands in revenue. Whoever is the manager in charge should be sacked.

Delicious cheap food for students with great vibes. staff couldn’t care less and it seems an inconvenience if you were to want to order anything but other than that couldn’t fault it

Booked to watch the AJ camp while we were in the city when we were there, we were charged £8 pp to get to the venue. this was not advertised or told the customer until the entry, this was frustrating, as we had no time to find another place. bar was so busy that it took over 30 minutes to be served. the host, however, was very friendly and accommodating that we wanted to sit inside and not outside because of the weather.
