Cardamon Authentic Indian Takeaway

I had my first experience at Cardamon tonight, and it was fantastic! I ordered the Ceylon curry and mushroom rice. The vegetables were a refreshing mix of green beans, carrots, corn, and potatoes. I requested to omit the green peppers, which wasn’t a problem at all. Everything was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor—it was absolutely delicious! As for the rice, I've never had such good rice at a restaurant; it was perfectly cooked and full of mushrooms, spices, and seasoning. This is the best Indian food I’ve ever had! I can't wait to come back.

The dining experience was fantastic, with an impressive selection of beautiful dishes to choose from and friendly staff. It would have been nice to enjoy a drink from the wine menu to accompany the meal; however, they unfortunately do not have a license, and bringing your own drinks is not permitted.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant tonight to celebrate my birthday weekend, and I was thoroughly impressed! The food was absolutely delicious and of very high quality. We ordered poppadoms, chicken tikka balti, pilau rice, and a peshwari naan, which was just the right amount for us. While the prices are a bit higher compared to typical Indian takeaways or restaurants, the quality of the food justifies the cost, and I'm more than happy to pay for such excellent cuisine. I'm already looking forward to ordering again and dining in the restaurant next time! A big thank you to the entire Cardamon team for exceeding our expectations!

As an enthusiastic curry lover, this is by far our favorite restaurant and has always taken it for our. the restaurant is highly recommended with an authentic Indian feel and finely decorated. very friendly staff, always happy to help and also competitive prices. a must to visit for fantastic eating. nick and dee xxx

Just had a meal here tonight with famIly, had a chicken chatt and garlic chilli chicken, good portion size and very tasty, we’ll definitely be back soon! Very accommodating for the children in the group also
