While I understand staffing issues can... read more I placed an online order with the plan to pick it up in person, but had to use the drive-thru since the lobby was closed. While I understand staffing issues can arise, it would be great to at least have some access to a part of the lobby for order pickups. On a positive note, my order was fresh and accurate.

However, there was one time when they forgot to give me napkins at the drive-thru, which is a bit inconvenient when you're eating fried chicken. The waiting time isn't too long, and if they happen to be out of the pieces you usually order, they'll offer you something else you might like. Overall, the customer service is decent; just don’t forget the napkins!
