Mr. Hero - Sheffield

This Mr. Hero location is truly exceptional, outshining all the others! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the cleanliness and warmth of the space—a refreshing contrast to some other Mr. Hero restaurants I've been to. As a member of the military, I appreciated the discount they offered as well. However, what really made the experience special were the amazing staff. My order tends to be a bit complicated with several modifications, but they handled everything with incredible patience and a cheerful demeanor. They even suggested I try their new chicken and bacon waffle doodle, which was absolutely delicious! The overall quality of the food here is definitely far superior to other Mr. Hero locations. Honestly, if I could give this place more than five stars, I would. I highly recommend it!

I stopped by Mr. Hero in Sheffield while visiting my sister, and I must say, the Romanburger meal completely satisfied my cravings!

As soon as we walked in, we received a wonderfully warm welcome that created a positive atmosphere right away. The ambiance was enriched not just by the wall decor but also by the impressive professionalism of the staff. We've been in Cleveland for four days now, enjoying a mix of honeymoon festivities and business activities, and we've been dining out daily. Among all the restaurants we've visited, Mr. Hero has exceeded our expectations when it comes to cleanliness and hospitality. On top of that, the food was exceptional, and I should mention that I'm a licensed executive chef myself. Great job, Mr. Hero and your team!

I arrived just before 9 PM feeling a bit down, but the staff were incredibly helpful and prepared a fantastic Romanburger for me! I absolutely love this restaurant!

I haven't been to Mr. Hero in years, and I honestly can't remember the last time I visited. This location was remarkably clean, and the woman at the register was both friendly and helpful. We tried the Romanburger, a cheeseburger, fried mushrooms, fried pickles, and jalapeño poppers. Everything was delicious! I strongly recommend stopping by this place the next time you're in the area. Plus, there's plenty of parking available right in front.
