Cucina - Sheboygan
Cucina
Description
Cocina offers a mixed dining experience, highlighted by attentive service but often overshadowed by inconsistent food quality. While some guests rave about flavorful dishes like the Zuppa pasta e fagioli and excellent carpaccio, others criticize the lack of flavor and subpar execution, particularly with high-priced items like ribeye. Atmosphere suffers from dark plating choices, and wine selections leave something to be desired. Patrons appreciate the enjoyable environment and staff, yet many express a preference for alternative dining options. In essence, Cocina has potential but needs refinement to elevate its culinary offerings to match guest expectations.

I just wanted to say that your food was fantastic! From the soup to the gravy, the pizza, and the pasta—everything was terrific! With love, An Italian from Chicago
I always enjoy staying at Cecina when I'm in the coal industry. On this visit, I sat at the bar and was looked after by Spencer. The Carpaccio was delicious, the oysters were amazing, and the Carbonara was spot on. The staff is consistently friendly and knowledgeable. I can't wait to return!
