I had to ask for more tomato juice and cof... read more Today was my birthday, so I decided to try BoMollies brunch. To start, the Bloody Mary tasted like horseradish - YUK! I had to ask for more tomato juice and coffee to clear the taste. The food came missing the sides, as they forgot to make them. The sides came about 10 minutes after the food, along with the tomato juice and coffee. By this point, the meal was cold and I did not get cream for my coffee. When we flagged down the busboy, I asked him for cream and extra sauce for the crab cake Benedict, as the eggs were way overcooked and dry. Once the stuff came, 10 minutes later, my partner was already done eating and I was just starting. Not once did anyone ask how everything was - in fact, I had to wave my hands to get anyone's attention. Keep in mind, there was only one other table with guests. When I was finally done eating, the server asked if I would like more coffee. I replied that I had asked for more 10 minutes ago, but not anymore. She did not comment and just walked away. I did not say this rudely, just as a fact. She did not apologize for the mistakes or ask how everything was. When paying, the hostess asked how everything was, and I said it was disappointing - very disappointing. She laughed - wow! The food would have been okay if it had all been on the table at the same time, but with the terrible service, we will never return.

She snapped at us from the time we arrived until we left. First going on and on about reservations- noone else was waiting for a table- hello?!? Then having a hissy fit when we sat in the bar. You can't just sit anywhere!! Helloagain- the waitress pointed to 2 tables and said we would sit at either?? I have never been treated so disrespectful. BoMallies catered our wedding and it was unbelievable. From start to finish the experience was wonderful with Hollie. She is the friendliest and most genuine person. The food was phenomenal and we couldn?t have hoped for a betterexperience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone for a big event!!!
