Red Lobster - Shawnee

I give three because the food was amazing but the service was horrible! Just finished eating here little bit ago and our Waitress Cassie was either on something or hates her job, we couldn’t tell. First she didn’t even introduce herself, then we had to ask for straws, and she never brought them asked again and she took forever then finally came back with them. I had to ask a different waiter for our biscuits because she never came back to check on us or ask us about our food/drinks. Then I was little confused when it came to what came with the combos and she didn’t even explain it she just sat there as my lady tried to explain the menu options. Then she brings my salad and you can see her fingerprints in my bowl, was she not taught how to handle peoples dishes? I pray she washed her hands because I do not know where her hands have been. Then I told her I wanted to keep the menu to look at drinks but she took it, then I thought ok this table tablet has a menu on it, and she took off with that too! Maybe it’s time to retrain someone, because that service makes me not want to come back, which is sad because like I said the food was on point!

Went to lunch at Red Lobster in Shawnee today. My husband and I ordered the Sailor Platter. Very delicious and reasonable price. Our waiter, Casey, was very attentive and pleasant. We had a wonderful lunch! Thank you!

Service was good but we waited a long time for our food and it was hardly warm. The crab legs were a little soggy and the steak was over cooked.
