The main reason is that the bread at Cousins has so much more flavor.

The staff wasn't appropriately dressed, and one employee didn't even wear their mask over their nose. Our sandwiches arrived cold (even though they were toasted) and had an overpowering pepper flavor, despite my not requesting any peppers. The bread was dry and crumbled all over the place, making the sandwich feel old and overbaked. We also had to wait a considerable time before anyone attended to us at the counter. The meat and vegetables were poorly distributed, all clumped in the center of the sandwich. To top it off, they did not provide any napkins. I definitely will not be returning.
