I reassured her that there was no need for an apology; I could see how hard she was working and told her to take a breather—I didn’t mind waiting. This made her emotional, and I could hear other employees speaking harshly in the background. Fortunately, another girl eventually came up to help make my sub, and Tara checked me out. As I continued with my workday, I couldn’t shake off the feeling that I needed to address what I had witnessed. So, I called the manager, Brett, to express my concerns about the bullying behavior among staff, especially with customers, including children, present in the store. Instead of taking my concerns seriously, he offered me a complimentary 6-inch sub, which felt more like a "hush" gesture than a genuine resolution. He attempted to explain the dynamics between the employees, claiming that the girl who was belittled was actually the instigator, but I didn’t see it that way—I was there, and he wasn’t. As someone who manages a team myself, I would never allow such behavior in my workplace, nor would I air my employees' drama publicly. It disgusts me that Tara was treated with such disrespect while trying to do her job. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this Subway for a while; the atmosphere felt hostile, and it truly ruined my day watching a hardworking employee be mistreated.

The options they have are totally endless. Vegetarian options, and those who love who love subs or wraps with every vegetable! Subway has all the options you need for a fast and easy food option. Also great for family gatherings, everyone loves subs.
