Drove all the way from Tallahassee to see Pigeons playing ping pong here. Have seen shows in Jacksonville at other venues before but getting kicked out early because THEY overbooked the place is absolutely ridiculous. I don't plan on coming back to this venue which sucks because it looks like they get jam bands to play here often. Best music venue in Jacksonville
They oversold tickets and we allGot kicked out of an epic show half way through the first set. So lame
Another bad review due to not only the place being over capacity but because staff was rude and I am/was a patient person. I also noticed smoke detectors covered in plastic. Accidents waiting to happen, but this speaks volumes about what neglect here.
Underbelly managed to ruin a great show by over selling tickets. Fire marshal came in and shut the show down because we were over capacity. Underbelly deleted the PPPP post on Instagram and shut down comments to avoid blowback on this. Really hope bands go to a different venue instead of this place. Horrible place. Horrible drinks. Horrible food. Horrible service.
Trash venue. Don't ever go here for a show. If your in a band, don't book a show here. If you're a booking agent or promoter, don't book bands to play here.They far oversold the venue for the PPPP concert and the fire Marshall shut the show down because it was over capacity. This is 100% on the venue to make it up to the patrons.People like us travel half way across the country to see our favorite bands play and lose out because the venue wanted to be greedy and sell extra tickets. Shame on you. You better make this right.
