Very clean restaurant. Excellent customer service with a well trained staff. Our waitress was the best and you could tell the rest of the team was very nice too. Food was on point. If you need breakfast in Jacksonville, FL this is the spot!! View all feedback.

Amazing place to have a breakfast. But....Unfortunately today was not a good day at First Watch. There was not enough staff, the wait was long, but that's understandable. What disappointed me TODAY was the food. We ordered an Avocado Toast, they had put so much lemon on it that you couldn't feel the avocado, more smash and better preparation was needed. This is my new favorite breakfast spot! Their coffee is DELICIOUS!!! So rich, robust, flavorful and aromatic! I could not stop sipping it! And like another reviewer said their Morning Meditation drink is a must try! They have a juicer and their juicesare freshly made. Morning Meditation is lemony, with a kick that energizes your body and gives a boost! Very very flavorful you can taste it was freshly made straight from the juicer! My next thing to try is their most popular drink Purple Haze.Yum! The service was excellent and fast as well. The atmosphere was cosy and relaxing. Perfect spot to enjoy breakfast with yourfamily and friends. Thank you!

You can never go wrong with First Watch. The food is consistently excellent, and this location has the happiest employees I've encountered. My meal was served super quickly!
Too long of a wait even after our reservation time. Food was good. Our sons scrambled eggs took too long to make it to the table we had to cancel it.
This is a great spot for brunch! I love omelets, so I ordered the "works" omelet, while my wife had the club sandwich. Everything was delicious, the service was quick, and the prices were reasonable. Our server was a bit new but had a fantastic attitude. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!

Breakfast was delicious and the service was Fantastic! Seth is an amazing server, and if ever in the area again will definitely be stopping in. Unfortunately they're so good and popular coming earlier means a long wait, but we came an hour and a half before closing, which meant none!

My new go to local first watch. Well managed. My son loves it and the million dollar bacon and elevated egg sandwich speak for themselves!Kid-friendliness: I always take my son. He loves it.
This was our first time dining in at this location. Our server was great (drawing a blank on his name, starts with a M)I had the Bacado, with a cinnimon chip pancake. My pancake was forgotten, when I asked about it after realizing it never came our server was kind enough to be sure it was bagged to go.My daughter had the kids eggs and bacon with fruit and the other person had the breakfast tacos.We shared the blackberry sangria, which we decided we would skip next time or just stick to mimosas.
On January 22nd, I placed an order just minutes before closing, but when I arrived at work, I found my order was wrong. I called the restaurant to report the error, and they took my details, asking me to mention it when I ordered next time. When I called back on January 30th, I was connected to the manager, Sarah. Unfortunately, her customer service was disappointing. She told me I had to return the same day or the next to fix the issue, not a week or two later. While I understand my job limits my availability, the mistake was on their end. My frustration isn’t about the food, but the poor service from the general manager. Because of this, I won’t be coming back.
