I definitely recommend this place for its excellent service and tasty beer. However, one downside is that the rolls are quite large and can be challenging to eat. It would be great if they could offer smaller sizes for convenience. Thank you!

The chicken hibachi with stir fried rice is always delicious, well worth driving 1 1/2 hours from Gainesville to enjoy lunch with a friend. When I get Chinese food with stir fried rice, I request 1/2 as much rice. At Fancy Sushi, I could eat a double portion of rice, it's that good. However, my friend asked if tofu could be substituted in the hibachi lunch, the server said no without asking the chef, forcing her to order a dinner portion of teriyaki tofu which looked almost identical to my hibachi chicken, just with teriyaki sauce and a significantly larger portion.Why isn't tofu an option for the hibachi lunch?Vegetarian options: Tofu Teriyaki and Vegetable Hibachi seemed to be the only vegetarian options other than sushi.

I had the teriyaki chicken hibachi and there was a lot of food and everything perfect. The waitress was nice and attentive. Everything made for an amazing lunch. Definitely will be back and I definitely reccomend to others.
